Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Plumbing trade school or technical training preferred
Experience
3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
Journeyman plumbing license or state-required certification strongly preferred (may vary by
location)
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair practices
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete jobs efficiently
Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferred
Physical Demands and Conditions
Lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended
periods
Work performed indoors and outdoors, including confined spaces or adverse conditions
Work Environment/Travel
Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial customer sites
May require evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on customer demand
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
