Job Description The HD Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in maintaining pharmacy workflow operations, ensuring optimal efficiency in dispensing quality products to our patients. This position requires on-site work at our facility located on SW 12 Street, Suite 400, Sunrise, FL, with rotating shifts, including weekends and some holidays. The pharmacy operates until 9 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends. Responsibilities

- Perform initial review of all incoming orders daily.
- Complete final review of all packaged products prepared by pharmacy technicians.
- Communicate with facilities to clarify orders as necessary.
- Direct workflow to meet goal run times efficiently.
- Fill out all required documentation regarding workflow processes.

Essential Skills

- Licensed Pharmacist for at least one year.
- FL BOP Registered Pharmacist license.
- Experience with initial reviews, dispensing/filling, and final reviews.
- Ability to clarify orders with facilities and perform data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- PharmD education or higher.
- 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist in a long-term care pharmacy setting.
- Experience with FRAMEWORKS operating system is a big plus.
- Strong team mentality and positive attitude.

Work Environment The role offers a 4x10 schedule, allowing employees an extra day off each week. Shifts may include opening (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) or closing (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM). Pharmacists participate in a shared Saturday rotation, with weekend shifts typically from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Work-life balance is supported with schedules shared three weeks in advance. Dress code is scrubs, and interviews are conducted in person.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
