- Implementation Leadership & Execution

- Oversee the technical architecture and strategic rollout of full-scale Entrata and RealPage property management implementations, managing Implementation and System Support teams and resources from scoping to delivery.

- Direct the design of integration pathways between core property management systems and third-party applications (e.g., accounting software, CRM, resident portals).

- Ensure your implementation teams maintain data integrity, mapping accuracy, and minimal operational downtime during migrations and new property onboarding.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Manage, develop, and mentor our dedicated system support and implementation teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Direct the creation of comprehensive architectural documentation, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the support team to reference.

- Serve as the leadership escalation point for complex system failures, integration errors, or critical configuration issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, technical product management, and consulting within the real estate or property management industry, with proven experience in a direct people management or team leadership role.
