About this role
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.
Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).
Make training people actually want to take. You'll design and build web-based training, multimedia and e-learning products for a federal national-security mission.
What you'll do
- Design and develop web-based training (WBT) and e-learning courses
- - Build interactive content in Adobe Captivate
- - Develop and maintain sites in Joomla, SharePoint, HTML and CSS
- - Create graphics, animation and video with Adobe Creative Suite
- - Work with subject matter experts to turn requirements into polished courses
What you bring (required)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- - Experience building WBT, online courses or e-learning websites
- - Joomla, HTML and CSS
- - Adobe Captivate
- - Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat
Nice to have
- SharePoint and PowerShell
- - Joomla upgrades/migrations
- - Instructional design and accessibility (Section 508)
- - Using AI tools in content production
- - Degree in graphic design, multimedia or online learning
