Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.
Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).
Falls Technology is hiring an automation-first test engineer for a mission program in Chantilly. This is not a manual testing role. You'll build and own automated test suites across UI and APIs, wire them into CI, and use modern AI coding tools to move faster.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain UI automation in Selenium and/or Cypress
- Write API tests for REST services, including OAuth2, JWT and other auth flows
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them reliable
- Use AI tools like Claude Code to generate, refactor and maintain tests
- Work with developers to shift testing left and catch issues early
What you bring (required)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship
- Hands-on test automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
- Strong API testing skills (Postman, REST Assured, or code-based)
- A solid grasp of OAuth2/OIDC, JWTs and token-based auth
- Scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java
- Real interest in using AI coding assistants as part of daily testing work
