What You'll Do
As an HVAC Installation Technician Assistant , you'll work alongside experienced installers to help homeowners enjoy safe, reliable, and energy-efficient comfort systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with residential HVAC system installations
- Supporting lead installers with equipment setup and installation
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Providing professional customer service during installations
- Learning HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices
- Following safety procedures and company standards
