What You'll Do
As a member of our Dig Crew , you'll play a critical role in excavation projects, sewer line replacements, water line installations, and other underground utility work.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with excavation and sewer/water line replacement projects
- Operating and supporting excavation equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and other heavy machinery
- Inspecting equipment before use and ensuring safe operation
- Reading and following dig plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
- Understanding machine capabilities and proper excavation techniques
- Following grade stakes, markings, and hand signals to ensure accurate work
- Assisting with material handling and site preparation
- Maintaining a safe and professional job site environment

What We're Looking For
- Some plumbing, sewer, or underground utility experience preferred
- Excavation or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
