About this role
About This Role
This role owns revenue growth at the branch. You will offer bundles, packages, and the products highlighted by each marketing programme to every eligible pet owner, upsell and cross-sell where it fits the pet's needs, and process the billing through to payment. You will also make sure customers come back by following up on package usage, redemptions, and renewals, so the branch keeps its returning customers.
To do this well, you will know every Modernvet product, service, package, and price, not only the programme running this month. You will also help the Clinic Ops team at your branch offer programmes consistently, by monitoring how often and how well they offer and giving them quick feedback.
For example, when a Medical Check-Up (MCU) package is live, you identify which visiting pets are due for one, offer it at registration or payment, process the bill, log the result on the dashboard the same day, and remind the owner when the next redemption is due.
Hospitality remains the standard for every interaction: the offer must feel like good advice, never pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Product & Pricing Mastery Know the full catalogue of Modernvet products, services, bundles, and packages, including prices, inclusions, validity, and terms
- Understand the mechanics, period, target customers, benefits, and terms & conditions of every running marketing programme, and attend the briefing before it goes live
- Keep up with price and package updates, and flag any mismatch between the price list, the clinic system, and what customers are told
- Offering, Bundling & Upselling Offer the relevant bundle, package, or highlighted product to every eligible pet owner at registration, while waiting for service, or at payment
- Match the offer to the pet's profile and visit history (age, species, vaccine or MCU due date, previous purchases)
- Upsell and cross-sell where it adds value for the pet, explaining benefits, pricing, and terms clearly and without misleading the customer

- Handle payment collection and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Follow up outstanding or deferred payments in line with the Modernvet payment policy

- Follow up customers who bought a package but have not used it, and those who have not returned within the expected period
- Record reasons for non-return or non-renewal when available, as input for programme design
- Offering Compliance Monitoring (Clinic Ops Staff) - optional / ad-hoc Monitor how consistently Clinic Ops staff at the branch offer running programmes, through spot checks and the offering log
- Give on-the-spot feedback and short refreshers on product knowledge and offering technique
- Report offering compliance per staff and shift to the Customer Experience Manager and the Branch SPV
- Dashboard & Reporting Log offered, purchased, revenue, and redemption figures on the dashboard provided, the same day
- Make sure what is recorded matches the actual transactions in the clinic system
- Report weekly on revenue against target, conversion, upsell results, and retention status
- Customer Reception & Service Welcome and assist customers in line with the Modernvet service standard
- Support registration, appointments, and customer flow per the Clinic Ops SOP when the floor needs it
- Handle complaints about pricing, packages, or billing professionally
