About this role
Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a Laboratory Aggregates Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our aggregates testing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll keep workflow moving, support and develop technicians, and make sure testing is done safely, accurately, and on time.
Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll lead the Aggregates Team while staying close to the work itself. You’ll help keep the lab running smoothly from sample receipt and work allocation through to final sign-off, while working closely with the wider laboratory team to share resources where they’re needed most.
This role is typically worked Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. As with most operational roles, some flexibility is needed from time to time, including occasional weekend or night work.
