Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SSG digital transformation projects, developing project plans, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate across functions and teams within SSG, facilitating collaboration among business and functional stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
- Drive process optimization across digital transformation initiatives, streamlining information flow and improving decision-making efficiency.
- Establish and maintain project monitoring and reporting mechanisms for progress, cost, and quality, providing regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage scope changes and evolving requirements, assessing impact and driving solutions to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements:

- Solid project management knowledge and hands-on experience, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to independently lead medium-to-large-scale project delivery.
- Proven experience managing digital transformation or related projects, with a solid understanding of business process reengineering and system implementation.
- Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, with effective stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills, able to drive projects forward in a complex environment.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language for daily communication and documentation.
