About this role
Overview: Play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, well-executed, and aligned to business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Define business problems, scope, and success metrics
- Gather and document clear, testable requirements
- Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions
- Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders
- Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint collaboration
- Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality delivery
- Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover
### Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years Business Analysis experience in financial services
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in digital or transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Data analysis skills (e.g. SQL) are an advantage
Additional Information:
- Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
- Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
- Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
