About this role
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead data projects, manage budgets and timelines, oversee project teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data projects in an agile way, ensuring adherence to the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
- Build a project plan to manage the project from execution to delivery.
- Track and control project progress, milestones, unforeseen delays, and risks, then realign as per expectations.
- Manage the project team effectively and deliver high-quality work products.
- Continuously measure project performance and take action as required.
- Ensure a good client experience.
- Participate in a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
### Requirements
What are we looking for:
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in place of each year of education.
- Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the Data and Analytics domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the software development life cycle.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment and a desire to work in such an environment.
