The project:

The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of construction packages, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Manage package and trade contractor activities from procurement through to completion, maintaining strong commercial awareness and accountability.
- Build effective working relationships with trade contractors and project stakeholders to drive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor site progress, maintain accurate project records and contribute to progress meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Champion health, safety and wellbeing through active participation in site inductions, inspections and the identification of improvement opportunities.
- Leverage digital tools and business processes to support efficient project delivery while contributing to net zero carbon objectives through the proactive management of carbon impacts and reductions.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
