The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Manages the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements. Engages stakeholders to strengthen resilience, manage risk effectively and enable positive change and business improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards while fostering wellbeing, inclusion and a positive safety culture.
•    Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve programme milestones.
•    Oversee budgets, risks and ethical governance, contributing to long-term business sustainability.
•    Manage collaborative project teams, driving performance, stakeholder engagement and best practice innovation across all phases.
•    Prepare and quality-check documents, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and best-practice formatting. 
•    Refine structure, language and narrative flow, maintaining a consistent style, tone and voice. 
•    Develop templates, guidance, reports and editorial standards supporting excellence.
•    Maintaining a consistent style, tone, and voice throughout the document and aligning it with the specified style guide.
•    Drafting guidance and manuals on proofreading and editing best practices.
•    Introduce and champion innovative approaches, tools, technologies, and AI-powered assistants that improve the efficiency, quality, and consistency of document development, review, and publication processes.

You'll need to have:

•    Relevant bachelor’s degree. 
•    Extensive editorial experience. 
•    Advanced Microsoft and Adobe skills. 
•    Detail-focused, and adaptable stakeholder manager.
