As a Prototype Leader , you will coordinate prototype builds from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, project teams, prototype plants, suppliers and customers. You will oversee build plans, prototype demand, quality targets and costs, while identifying risks and ensuring that prototype processes and documentation are properly followed.
Your Role:
- Coordinate prototype builds from planning through delivery.
- Maintain and update project build plans and prototype requirements.
- Ensure prototype deliverables meet quality, cost, timing and delivery targets.
- Provide prototype demand forecasts and coordinate requirements with prototype plants.
- Monitor prototype costs and support budget forecasting.
- Coordinate communication between engineering, project teams, suppliers and customers.
- Identify prototype-related risks and act quickly to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with prototype processes, documentation and reporting requirements.
Your Background:
- Solid experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Very good practical knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of project finances.
- Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to act with urgency.
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure.
