Ihre Rolle im Detail:

Commercial Insights für Vertrieb und Marketing

- Analyse von Vertriebs-, Gebiets-, Potenzial- und Performanceentwicklungen zur Unterstützung der Regionalleiter und der Vertriebsleitung
- Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen sowie Unterstützung durch Zielgruppen-, Kunden- und Außendienstanalysen
- Tracking nationaler Verkaufs- und Marktdaten sowie Analyse von Produktperformance, Kundensegmenten, Markttrends und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketing-, Markt- und Produkt-Dashboards sowie Markt-, Zielgruppen- und Segmentierungsanalysen
- Unterstützung der Brand Manager und Produktteams bei strategischen Fragestellungen durch datenbasierte Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Modellen zur Erfolgsmessung kommerzieller Aktivitäten

Business Intelligence und Reporting

- Entwicklung einer Business-Intelligence-Landschaft und des zugrunde liegenden Data Warehouses
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Dashboards, Reports und KPI-Systemen, insbesondere mit Power BI
- Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen an BI- und Reportinglösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von BI- und Analytics-Lösungen
- Motivation, bestehende Analyse-, Forecasting- und Reporting-Modelle perspektivisch durch den Einsatz von KI weiterzuentwickeln

Ihr Profil:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Data Analytics, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Sehr gute Deutsch -und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in einer datengetriebenen Rolle gesammelt und verstehen die Anforderungen von Vertrieb, Marketing oder Commercial Excellence.
- Sie verwandeln Daten in relevante Insights und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Business ab.
- Sie bewegen sich sicher in BI- und Reporting-Umgebungen und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI, SQL sowie CRM-Systemen mit.
- Sie kommunizieren komplexe Analysen verständlich und arbeiten gerne mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen.
- Sie überzeugen durch Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.

For the beginning of 2027, we are looking for a motivated Commercial Data Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Hamburg office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help drive our commercial success by transforming data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.

Your Role in Detail

Commercial Insights for Sales & Marketing

- Analyze sales, territory, market potential, and performance developments to support Regional Managers and Sales Leadership.
- Derive actionable recommendations through customer, target group, and field force analyses.
- Monitor national sales and market data, analyzing product performance, customer segments, market trends, and competitive developments.
- Create and continuously enhance marketing, market, and product dashboards, as well as market, target group, and segmentation analyses.
- Support Brand Managers and Product Teams with data-driven market and competitive insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and further develop KPI models to measure the effectiveness of commercial activities.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

- Develop and enhance the company's Business Intelligence landscape and underlying data warehouse.
- Design, optimize, and automate dashboards, reports, and KPI systems, particularly using Power BI.
- Gather, evaluate, and implement new BI and reporting requirements in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on advancing BI and analytics capabilities.
- Bring the ambition to further evolve existing analytics, forecasting, and reporting models through the future application of AI technologies.

Your Profile

- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- You have gained experience in a data-driven role and understand the requirements of Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Excellence.
- You are able to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
- You are confident working within BI and reporting environments and ideally have experience with Power BI, SQL, and CRM systems.
- You communicate analytical findings clearly and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You are characterized by initiative, a structured working style, and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies complete your profile.
