Concrete Pump Operator - Commercial Roofing

Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Lightweight Insulated Concrete Pump Operator to support our Roof Deck division . This role operates a Deck Mate pump, leads the ground crew during pours, and plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality roof deck systems.

What You’ll Do

- Operate and monitor lightweight insulating concrete pumping equipment

- Mix and place lightweight roof deck systems

- Lead and communicate with ground and roof teams during pours

- Set up, tear down, clean, and maintain pumps, bulkers, and related equipment

- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance

- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns

- Maintain clean, safe job-site conditions

- Use two-way radios for daily coordination

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn equipment operation

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Able to lift 75+ lbs and stand for extended periods

- Able to climb ladders and work at heights

- Clear communicator and team-oriented

- Willing to travel up to 75% overnight during the week

- Available for overtime and occasional weekends

- Clean driving record (no DUI or super speeder violations in last 5 years)

- Normal vision and hearing

Pay & Benefits

- $19–$23/hour starting pay (based on experience)

- Per diem for overnight out-of-town jobs
