Whether you're building your career in corporate finance or bringing experience from investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory, this role offers meaningful exposure, professional development, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Position level will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

- Drive Financial Planning: Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Deliver Meaningful Financial Insights: Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and operational performance to identify trends and explain key business drivers.
- Support Investor & Lender Reporting: Help prepare financial reporting packages for our private equity sponsor and lenders, including covenant calculations and Adjusted EBITDA reconciliations.
- Evaluate Strategic Opportunities: Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess acquisitions, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and other business investments.
- Analyze Capital Investments: Track and evaluate capital expenditures related to fleet, equipment, facilities, and growth projects to support effective capital allocation.
- Support Liquidity & Financial Management: Monitor debt, leverage, and liquidity metrics while analyzing the financial impact of operational and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Director of FP&A, CFO, and other business leaders on financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.
- Strengthen Financial Reporting: Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and planning tools to develop accurate, insightful, and presentation-ready financial materials.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to develop well-structured financial models.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to translate financial analysis into clear, professional presentations.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial performance and identify underlying business drivers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.

What Will Set You Apart

- Experience working in a private equity-backed, high-growth, multi-location, or acquisition-driven organization.
- Exposure to lender reporting, credit agreements, covenant calculations, or leveraged finance.
- Familiarity with Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar financial planning systems.
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or another asset-intensive industry.
- A demonstrated interest in strategic finance, investments, business growth, and executive-level financial decision-making.
