- Evaluate Market Trends: Assess how fuel prices, labor trends, commodity markets, and other external factors impact business performance.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical finance role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience working with large datasets and building driver-based forecasts.

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect operational performance with financial outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently investigate complex business questions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

What Will Set You Apart

- Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, regression analysis, or forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, or cloud-based analytical tools.
- Experience with Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar financial systems.
- Background in waste management, environmental services, logistics, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries.
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-location, acquisition-driven, or private equity-backed organization.
- A track record of developing automated reporting solutions and improving analytical efficiency.
