About this role
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager for delivery execution to join our Group Operations team at Instabee. In this role, you’ll own one of the most business-critical product areas in Instabee delivery execution, at the very core of our last-mile operations.
You’ll be the dedicated Product Manager for the delivery execution team, working in a close collaboration together with an Engineering Manager and a Staff Engineer. Your mission is to set direction, priorities, and roadmap, and ensure we deliver solutions that drive real operational and financial impact across our markets.
This role combines a sharp user focus with highly analytical, business-driven problem solving where you'll work close to operations, dig deep into data, build business cases, and translate complex real-world challenges into scalable product and operational solutions. Together with the Product Manager Routing you will own the group routing KPI’s covering quality and efficiency in the Last Mile business area.
Some of the things you will do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the Delivery Execution product area
- Be the company owner for our driver applications & related delivery tools
- Develop and own our driver and courier performance framework
- Give input to our driver onboarding process and development throughout their career
- Guiding design of courier compensation models
- Drive continuous improvements in cost efficiency, last-mile quality, and scalability across markets
- Define, own, and follow up on routing KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven performance insights
- Set the standard for driver interactions with consumers
- Act as the key interface between market operations and tech, ensuring adoption, alignment, and business value
- Flagging requirements on hardware development for last mile drivers
Your future team
You’ll be part of Group Operations, a central team working across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Netherlands. You’ll collaborate closely with market operations, routing specialists, and engineering — often working very close to where things actually happen.
The last mile team consists of two Product Managers with shared responsibility in the last mile scope. Next to the Product Managers the last mile team consists of analysts, designers, engineers and other area experts working together to convert the business area strategy into actual plans.
What we're looking for
You’re a strong analytical problem-solver with solid business acumen and a genuine interest in operations. You’re comfortable owning a large and complex scope, making trade-offs, and backing decisions with data and clear reasoning.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business development, operations, or similar analytical roles
- Relevant academic background
- Proven ability to analyse complex optimisation or operational problems and turn them into actionable initiatives
- Strong business understanding and experience building business cases and prioritising based on impact
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels
- Fluent in English; Swedish is optional
More about you
You’re structured, independent, and comfortable working in ambiguity. You don’t wait for perfect data — you know how to move forward, test, and iterate. You enjoy working close to operations, talking to stakeholders, visiting terminals, and validating insights in the real world — not just in dashboards.
You’re more driven by impact than process, and while you understand product frameworks, you’re equally comfortable driving operational change when that’s what creates the most value.
What you’ll get
- A role with direct and visible impact on cost, efficiency, and operational performance
- Ownership of a business-critical product area with real decision-making authority
- A highly competent, collaborative, and genuinely nice team to work with
- The opportunity to build, improve, and see results fast — at real scale
