About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Knoxville team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods on a flatbed truck between our production and storage facilities, with occasional off-site deliveries. When not on the road, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling.

What You’ll Do
- Operate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload materials—including oversized or irregularly shaped cargo—using proper safety techniques.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Plan delivery routes and communicate with dispatchers and customers about timing or delays.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and other required documentation.
- Support warehouse operations by unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and organizing stock.
- Pick and stage materials for upcoming deliveries or pickups.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and warehouse environment.

What You Bring
- Valid CDL is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with flatbed hauling and proper cargo securing methods.
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.
- Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
