About this role
Basic Qualifications:
- Education : High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of related machining experience, apprenticeship, or internship in a manufacturing or tool and die environment. *Willing to train right individual*
- Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and understanding of tolerances
- Soft skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and adaptability to changing priorities

- Must be able to work on site in Mauston, WI
