Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:- Lead complex, enterprise-level and cross-functional initiatives through the full project lifecycle.- Manage enterprise initiatives, including the development and rollout of an enterprise-wide Human Resources Information System (HRIS).- Oversee project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.- Deliver large-scale programs with budgets of up to $80M, managing schedule, budget, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
Required Skills:- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.- PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and ICAgile certifications.
