As a Sales Trader, you will:
- Develop your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling , and building long-term business relationships.
- Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts .
- Own your performance by setting and surpassing clear revenue and profit (PnL) goals .
- Execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
- Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings , ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights .
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trading or sales in the renewable gas market.
- Fluent in English. Mastery of an additional European language (e.g., German, Dutch, or a Nordic language) is a strong asset.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset .
- An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
