As a Junior Biofuels Broker, you will:
- Build your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling, and developing long-term business relationships.
- Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts.
- Work towards clear PnL goals and take ownership of your performance.
- Support and execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights.
- Learn from senior brokers and develop your knowledge of the biofuels market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered).
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
