About this role
You ensure that MI BG products can be manufactured effectively within Nokia’s supply chain manufacturing footprint and take end-to-end leadership and accountability for factory performance against Nokia standards.
You have:
- Strong experience in EMS manufacturing, supply chain operations, factory governance or a comparable operational leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity and yield.
- Experience with product transfers, industrialization, production ramp-up and operational stabilization.
- Commercial acumen in pricing, cost analysis, productivity improvement, Capex and asset-related decisions.
- Strong risk-management, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and escalation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Required years of relevant experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing
- Required degree or equivalent qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering
