Description

At Toi Toi USA, our Customer Support team is all about helping our customers and making sure things get done. From answering questions and helping with accounts to working with our Operations and Dispatch teams to solve service issues, you’ll be one of the people our customers count on. This is a busy role with plenty of variety. Some days you may be helping a customer understand an invoice, while other days you may be coordinating a service request or following up on an issue. You’ll need to be organized, comfortable talking with people, and able to stay calm when things get busy. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in finding solutions.

What Your Day Might Look Like

- Answer customer calls and help with questions, requests, and concerns.
- Assist with billing, invoices, account updates, and service questions.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to make sure issues are resolved.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, and other departments to support customer needs.
- Handle past-due account conversations professionally and respectfully.
- Update customer information and notes in our systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and escalate when additional support is needed.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping things organized.
- Support additional projects and help improve the customer experience.

This isn't a job where you'll simply answer calls and move on to the next one. You'll build relationships with customers, work with different teams across the company, and help make sure our customers have a great experience with Toi Toi USA.
