About this role
Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) helps drive profitable business growth by reducing credit and fraud risk while maintaining customers' confidence in the security of American Express products. The Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy organization builds digital software products that support risk decisions across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, authorizations and servicing.
The Senior Associate, Digital Product Management will serve as a Product Analyst supporting the Product Owner in the execution of fraud risk assessment and authentication capabilities. The role will work day-to-day with Engineering, Fraud Risk, Product, Data/Analytics and other partners to convert business and risk needs into well-defined, testable software requirements and to help move work from discovery through development, testing, launch and post-production monitoring.
This role is execution-oriented. It requires strong product analysis, requirements management, Agile delivery and technical collaboration skills, with enough understanding of authentication and fraud-risk concepts to connect business intent to engineering implementation. Exposure to emerging AI- or agent-enabled commerce is helpful but is not the primary focus of the role.
