About this role
The AODM Sales Activation Senior Manager will own merchant consultation, sales enablement, sales readiness, and sales execution activities for Amex Offers and Amex Ads engagements across Sales accounts and the scaled merchant portfolio.
- Strong project, campaign, and delivery-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage work from initial handoff through launch and post-campaign reporting.
- Knowledge of Amex Offers or comparable customer marketing, loyalty, advertising, or promotional campaign programs.
- Experience working with Merchant/Advertiser, Cardmember/Consumer, or other customer data to support campaign targeting and execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to managing campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong merchant and client communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Sound judgement in identifying, assessing, resolving, and escalating risks, issues, and execution blockers.
- Data-driven approach to monitoring campaign performance, evaluating operational effectiveness, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ability to adapt between high-touch campaign management and efficient, scaled execution models while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery.
