- Drives the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various levels and business units.
- Coordinates with business unit leaders and internal stakeholders to understand current and future workforce needs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Tracks and analyzes key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Oversees the review and approval of job postings, utilizes diverse sourcing channels, evaluates and screens talent, and manages the candidate selection process.
- Manages relationships with third-party stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, and prospects talent at employment fairs and educational institutions.
- Initiates and drives the employee value proposition, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborates with HR partners to develop and implement talent management efforts, including employee referral programs and succession planning.
- Manages and develops a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
