About this role
The Opportunity
Children's Health is one of the nation's leading pediatric health systems, and our Talent Acquisition team is changing how hiring gets done, pairing deep sourcing craft with AI and automation to find the people who care for kids across North Texas.
As our Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Strategist, you will implement sourcing strategy for some of our hardest-to-fill roles such as nursing specialties, allied health, advanced practice providers, and clinical leadership. You will partner directly with recruiters and hiring leaders, dig into talent markets, and build pipelines that actually convert.
This role is for a sourcer who thinks like a strategist, sells a mission worth joining, and measures what matters
What You Will Do
· Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles, from talent market research to qualified, recruiter-ready submittals.
· Serve as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring leaders: telling the talent-market story, including supply, competitor hiring, and where we can win.
· Engage passive candidates with outreach that reflects our brand, our mission, and our employer value proposition.
· Pilot new sourcing channels, tools, and AI-driven workflows. We invest in what is next, not what is comfortable, and you will help shape that.
· Track what works: pipeline health, outreach conversion, and time-to-slate. Report it, learn from it, adjust fast.
· Keep clean, accurate records in our ATS and CRM, and mentor sourcers and recruiters on advanced sourcing craft.
What You Will Bring
· 5+ years of direct sourcing experience, ideally with hard-to-fill, clinical, or leadership roles.
· Healthcare sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
· Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, and ATS platforms; fluency with Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
· A proven record of engaging passive candidates and converting cold outreach into real conversations.
· A data habit: you measure your work, present recommendations, and iterate.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
What We Offer
· Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
· A mission that matters; every placement you influence helps care for children across North Texas.
· A team investing in AI and modern sourcing technology, with you helping define how we use it.
· Opportunities to grow and develop your career
Nice to Have
· Sourcing certifications such as RACR, or RAC-S. We will support you in earning them.
