Title: Hotel Night Auditor
Compensation: $17.50 / hour
Shift/Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a local hospitality provider to find a reliable Hotel Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and deliver quality service to guests. In this role, you will handle check-ins, balance daily accounts, and serve as the lead staff member on duty during the overnight shift.
What you will do: Perform check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and resolve guest inquiries. Audit and reconcile daily financial reports, guest accounts, and system transactions. Maintain front desk operations and oversee property safety during the overnight shift.
What you will bring:
If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! 1+ years of experience in hotel front desk operations, night audit, or general customer service. Familiarity with property management systems and customer service standards. Strong communication, basic accounting skills.
