Galatea Associates is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Software Consultant to join our growing team!
This role offers the opportunity to build your technical and consulting skills while working on real-world projects for clients across the financial services industry. You will learn from experienced Galateans, work directly with clients and teammates to solve business and technical problems.

What You’ll Do

A look into your First Project
Project assignments may change based on client needs. Below is an example of the type of work you may be involved in.
The team serves as the technical partner helping one of our major enterprise clients unlock new financial capabilities. In this role, you will conduct discovery sessions to understand the client’s product landscape, design custom software solutions for Embedded Finance platforms, and guide technical and business stakeholders through production rollout. This is a highly visible client-facing role that combines business analysis, client collaboration, and hands-on engineering to deliver solutions that drive business value.

Compensation
- Recent Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) — $95K base plus a $5K bonus after one year of employment
- Recent Graduate (Master’s Degree) — $100K base plus a $5K bonus after one year of employment
Candidates must be willing to work fully in the office based on their client assignment. Travel to client offices may also be required.
