About this role
Description
Japan, Canada, and International Expansion (IX) Ads share a common goal to build a portfolio of billion-dollar Ads businesses. We are positioned to be a growth engine for WW Ads — a collection of regions that act as a catalyst for global revenue diversification.
The vision of the International Expansion Go-To-Market team is to be the force multiplier of Sales. We drive innovative growth ideas across Product and GTM Strategy, design initiatives that empower our sellers, and convert them into scalable, high-impact customer outcomes that accelerate our path to billion-dollar Ads businesses across Japan, Canada, and International Expansion locales. Our role is to be the connective tissue between global priorities and regional ambitions — anticipating customer needs before they surface, championing local nuances upward to shape the global agenda, while grounding global direction into approaches that reflect the realities of each locale we serve.
This individual will set the forward-looking strategy for products & programs in IX, balancing scaled and localized strategies that will improve IX's overall sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth. The Manager of Scaled IX GTM role will lead a team of (i) Scaled GTM Specialists who design and launch 1:many programs and products across Japan, Canada and IX, and (ii) Regional GTM Specialists who drive localized product prioritization and strategies that map back to our Right to Win (RtW) framework. They will collaborate closely with global Sales GTM, Product and partner organizations to identify and scope high leverage initiatives that deliver against our overall ambition to become a portfolio of billion-dollar businesses.
