About this role

Supporting Working Families for Over 60 Years

For more than six decades, we’ve helped hardworking families access supplemental benefits that support their financial security. As the world’s only 100% union-labeled supplemental benefits provider, our organization works with over 40,000 unions and associations across North America and beyond.

We proudly serve teachers, healthcare workers, firefighters, veterans, and other working people by helping them understand coverage options that can provide protection when workplace benefits change or fall short.

Our purpose is straightforward: give families the information and support they need to make confident decisions about their future.

A Team Built on Service and Growth

Integrity, clear communication, and thoughtful service guide our work. We’re looking for people who share those values and want to develop their skills while making a positive contribution to the families we serve.

Through structured training, individual coaching, and opportunities for advancement, we help team members build confidence, take on new responsibilities, and prepare for leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll connect with union members who have requested benefit information, helping them understand their options through convenient virtual appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting virtual benefit presentations through Zoom or similar platforms
- Explaining available coverage clearly and answering client questions
- Completing applications and maintaining accurate digital records
- Following documentation requirements and providing timely follow-up
- Attending training sessions to strengthen communication and leadership skills
- Working with teammates toward individual and shared performance goals

Experienced leaders and mentors will provide guidance as you learn the role and develop your approach.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

- Strong communication skills and a willingness to listen
- A friendly, professional approach to helping others
- Attention to detail and reliable organizational habits
- The ability to stay focused and manage responsibilities from home
- Motivation to learn, improve, and contribute to a team
- Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful, but not required
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States or Canada

What We Offer

- Paid training and ongoing mentorship
- Advancement opportunities for strong performers
- All-expenses-paid travel opportunities for qualifying team members, including destinations such as the Bahamas, Cancun, and Las Vegas
