The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working under tight reporting deadlines, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain workpapers and supporting documentation that feed into SEC filings and other public financial disclosures.
- Roll forward reporting documents in Workiva and perform quality checks and updates in advance of filing deadlines.
- Perform financial tie-outs and validate the completeness and accuracy of data used in SEC filings, earnings materials, internal presentations, and Board materials.
- Support technical accounting activities, including reviewing revenue contracts, leases, and other transactions to determine appropriate accounting treatment and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Assist with accounting for equity-related transactions, including share repurchases, and develop familiarity with the broader equity reporting process.
- Partner with FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, and other internal teams on financial information provided to investors, regulators, and the public.
- Support ad hoc technical accounting, financial reporting, and cross-functional projects as assigned.
- Manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and support extended hours when needed during quarter-end and filing periods.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, or a related accounting-focused role.
- Exposure to SEC reporting, public-company filings, or external financial reporting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to research, interpret, and apply accounting guidance.
- Experience supporting technical accounting matters, contract reviews, financial statement preparation, workpapers, or tie-outs is preferred.
- Experience with Workiva/Wdesk is preferred.
- CPA designation or progress toward a CPA is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy, completeness, and documentation quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, and other business functions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work a typical Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for longer hours during quarter-end and filing periods.
