This role exists to strengthen end-to-end project delivery across the United States by partnering with US Operational leaders and the Americas Project Delivery leadership team. - Capture, standardize and deploy lessons learned, proven practices, training and reusable tools across US Operations.
- Role model One Worley leadership and strengthen collaboration among Global Operations, Major Projects and Programs, GID and Global Functions.
Governance, Assurance and Quality
- Strengthen US project governance reviews so they function as decision, intervention and support forums rather than reporting-only forums.
- Support enhanced WPR reviews, project initiation audits, discipline technical audits, peer reviews, estimate development/review rigor and post-award risk management.
- Confirm that projects establish critical role coverage, home-office/GID divisions of responsibility, data-centric tool set-up, cost and schedule baselines, change/trend frameworks, MDR requirements and appropriate assurance plans.
- Identify recurring systemic risks and quality themes, assign or recommend interventions, track closure and escalate material concerns through the appropriate Operations and Project Delivery leadership channels.
