Your Key Responsibilities

- 分解客户需求，提出数个产品设计概念并决定判断指标和规避专利

- Provide diverse mechanical concepts based on customer requirements and check potential conflict patents.

- 完成机械设计要求，机械DFMEA, 公差堆叠等文件的书写，

- Create design documents, e.g. design specifications, mechanical DFMEA, tolerance stack-up etc.

- 完成机械零部件3D，2D设计任务，落实CC/SC 清单，参与供应商定点，DFM, 跟踪量产质量和优化；

- Design 3D&2D of mechanical parts, join supplier sourcing and DFM review, follow and improve parts quality.

- 负责DVP测试，如冷热冲击，振动等，分析和解决测试中的问题；

- Responsible for solving DVP problems , such as temperature shock, vibration, analysis and solving DVP issues.

- 制定装配图，书写装配流程文件，参与量产产线工艺制定

- Design 2D of assemblies, write assembly process document, join assembly line building

- 使用Windchill申请和释放ECN并管控不同阶段和版本的图纸；

- Apply and release ECN via windchill to control different versions and phases

- 解决量产中的各种问题，分析和签署零部件偏差，并提升产品良率；

- Key person of parts and sub- assembly deviations analyzing and releasing, taking care of improvement of yield ratio.

- 使用windchill，申请和释放ECN并管控不同阶段和版本的图纸；

- Apply and release ECN via windchill to control different versions and concepts

- 其他和开发相关的任务，如竞品的拆解和分析，部门之间的技术交流，专利申请等工作；

- Other tasks about development, such as benchmark analysis, internal technical workshop , apply for new patent etc.

Your Qualifications

- 本科以上学历，机械或相关专业

- College degree or above, major in mechanical or related subjects

- 5年以上高压控制器或相似产品设计经验，熟悉GBT 16935/IEC60664等相关标准

- At least 5 years’ design experience in high voltage control units or similar products, know well on GBT 16935/IEC60664 and related standards.

- 负责过产品架构或主零件设计，熟悉自顶向下的设计方法

- Designed product architectures or main parts, manipulate on top-to-down design methodology.

- 熟悉GD&T或GPS知识，并运用该知识完成零件的2D和3D设计

- Have a study on GD&T or GPS knowledge, guiding 2D&3D designs with these knowledge

- 熟悉量产问题解决方法，熟练运用鱼骨图，5why等方法解决量产和供应商产品问题

- An expert at problem solving, solved problems of mass production and suppliers with fishbone diagram, 5 why etc.

- 了解DFMEA方法论，并参与过DFMEA书写

- Know well on DFMEA methodology and have participated in DFMEA creation.

- 设计过塑料注塑件，压铸件，PCB和钣金件等

- Designed plastic parts, die casting, PCB and metal sheets

- 勤奋耐劳, 拥有团队精神

- Working hard and being a team player

- 英语为工作语言

- English is working language
