About this role
The Global Education Center (GEC) Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and successful launch of Global Education Center initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholder groups. This role serves as the central point of coordination among BYU-Pathway, Church headquarters departments, Area Church offices, educational partners, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
This full-time, hybrid position, with typically works (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm).

- Typically, 3 to 5 years of project management experience, relevant project management training , or an equiavlent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of relevant certifications and experience
- Exceptionally organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and be trusted by stakeholders
- Naturally proactive, consistently identifying improvements and strengthening work processes
- Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on multiple simultaneous tasks using project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with others at all levels in the organization
- Ability to conduct and guide others through intermediate customer research and analysis of diverse cultures
- Fluency in project management tools, online collaboration tools, and MS Office
