About this role
Main Objectives of this position:
- Responsible to serve smaller- and mid-sized customers through digital & voice channels
(Core Accounts)
- Handle incoming Sales related requests received by Core customers
- Guide customers and help navigate our online solutions
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
- Ability handle customer request in an efficient, yet pleasant way
- Customer oriented attitude
- Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas
- Strong industry knowledge of the maritime shipping industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and listening
- Ability to negotiate successfully
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Time Management skills and ability to multi-task
- Willing to work hard to achieve result and targets, self-driven
- Maintain a high level of commitment and work ethic while carrying out duties/responsibilities
