What you will do:
- Develop and expand business opportunities with harbor crane customers
- Drive key account development, establish business plans, and maintain accurate opportunity records in CRM systems.
- Translate complex customer challenges into technically feasible and commercially attractive solutions with engineering colleagues and headquarter.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify strategic business opportunities and drive growth.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
- Relevant B2B experience in account management or a comparable customer-facing role within a complex project environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical automation systems, with the ability to discuss solutions credibly with engineering experts and customers.
- Experience in the container port, terminal handling, or crane industry; experience in related heavy-industry automation sectors is also relevant.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids or business opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under time pressure.
