Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Advanced Analytics and Innovation team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Product Owner is a hands-on innovation leader who owns pod priorities, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes across our analytics-driven solutions. Combining strong actuarial and analytical grounding with deep domain expertise and technical fluency, you will shape, prototype, and scale AI-enabled analytics solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, market teams, and the broader pod, you will identify high-value problems, translate them into actionable use cases, and drive solutions from concept through deployment and adoption.

We will count on you to:

- Own pod priorities, outcomes, and stakeholder alignment across the innovation lifecycle, engaging directly with business leaders and market stakeholders to identify high-value problems and opportunities
- Translate business needs into clearly defined use cases and delivery priorities, acting as the embedded domain lead who ensures solutions are grounded in real workflows and user needs
- Use technical fluency and AI-enabled tools to help shape prototypes, refine outputs, test logic, and accelerate iteration in close partnership with the Analytics Technical Lead, Data Engineer, and AI Solutions Analyst
- Validate assumptions, challenge impractical ideas, and ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and usable in real business settings; support rollout, adoption, and feedback collection post-launch
- Operate as a hands-on builder who balances strategic thinking with active involvement in problem framing, solution shaping, prototyping, testing, and adoption
- Help create a culture of experimentation, fast learning, and practical delivery within the pod, capturing learnings from live deployment and feeding them back into product and development cycles
- Influence decisions and drive collaboration with senior leaders, demonstrating credibility and the ability to challenge assumptions across business stakeholders

What you need to have:

- Strong actuarial or analytical background with the ability to connect business context to analytical and technical solution design
- Strong technical knowledge and fluency with comfort working hands-on with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools
- Proven experience in a client-facing, business-facing, or consulting-led analytics environment with demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on builder
- Deep domain expertise in the relevant business area; credibility with business stakeholders and the ability to influence decisions

What makes you stand out?

- Experience working in agile, experimentation-led, or rapid-iteration delivery environments with strong product and delivery instincts
- Track record in analytics, innovation, digital product delivery, consulting, or adjacent fields with demonstrated ability to move rapidly from concept to working solution
