Join a team of experienced Product Managers at a time when AI, automation, and next-generation Core Networks are reshaping mobile networks worldwide. In this role, you will engage with leading operators globally, influence Ericsson's portfolio direction, and help shape how future network technologies are brought to market.

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional with experience in AI, product strategy, technology positioning, and portfolio development. Working at the intersection of AI, automation, telecommunications, and business strategy, you will help Ericsson navigate disruptive technology shifts and identify new opportunities for growth.

What You Will Do

•    Driver for Solution Line Packet Core AI and Autonomous network story and strategy.
•    Own the AI in Packet Core budget and priorities for the control and user plane. 
•    Be the interface towards the AI and Autonomous networks stakeholder in Core networks and beyond. 
•    Market and customer analysis to identify key offerings with sustainable competitive advantages 
•    Follow through in execution to understand the full journey, development possibilities and customer relations 
•    Contribute to shaping and influencing the market through presentations, collaborations, standardization, forums and marketing

•    Can identify customer needs, market opportunities and translating insights into valuable AI product solutions
•    Can evaluate business value, using data and insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
•    Can define a product direction, strategy, roadmap and priorities aligned with customer and business needs.
•    Can turn strategy into actionable plans, driving development and launches, and continuously improving the product based on feedback and results.
•    Have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
•    Can move between technical discussions with engineers and strategic or commercial discussions with customers and other stakeholders based on a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data, model capabilities and limitations.
•    Can showcase how AI is applied in your daily work
•    Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
•    Hold a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field—or have equivalent professional experience
