Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Software Engineer Verification Automation your mission will be to build robust
automation solutions for post-silicon verification, working closely with
cross-functional teams to streamline verification processes and deliver
cutting-edge solutions.
- Build useful, robust automation solutions for post-silicon
verification ensuring stability and scalability
- Work with internal
customers to identify where their work slows down and create practical
solutions that make verification faster and more efficient
- Shape new
solutions , improve established approaches, and turn local needs into
reusable capabilities company-wide
- Execute safe
refactoring on legacy systems by establishing safety nets and evolving designs incrementally, rather than performing uncontrolled writes
- Deliver readable,
tested, documented software and validate outcomes with users and acceptance
tests
- Use modern,
actively maintained Python tooling while keeping a lean and coherent stack
- Apply modern
AI coding harnesses deliberately to enhance productivity without surrendering
technical judgment
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You demonstrate strong
independent learning skills, rapidly adapting to new technologies and tools
while actively mentoring and supporting your team members.
- University degree in Computer
Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field
- At least six years of
professional software development experience
- Broad command of
Python across libraries, applications, automation, and services,
with proven experience in core Python, Git, CI/CD, pytest, and PyQt
- Proficiency in using
AI coding harnesses , specifically GitHub Copilot CLI/App, to accelerate
development while maintaining technical oversight
- Strong skills in software architecture and the ability to produce high-quality software documentation
- Semiconductor and
post-silicon validation knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
