Senior Executive

Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and plant machinery.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and utility-related equipment issues.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Monitor and maintain utilities such as HVAC, chillers, air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, purified water systems and other plant utility equipment, as applicable.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of utility systems.
Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable cGMP requirements and site procedures.
Maintain preventive maintenance records, equipment logbooks, checklists and maintenance reports.
Support deviation investigations, CAPA, change control and audit-related activities.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of engineering activities.
Support equipment qualification and requalification activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ, as applicable.
Assist in calibration activities and ensure instruments are calibrated within their due dates.
Coordinate with QA and Validation teams during equipment qualification and regulatory inspections.
Maintain critical engineering spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs and servicing.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and safe engineering practices.
Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work procedures, where applicable.
Support internal, external and regulatory audits.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, EHS and other relevant departments.
Guide technicians and maintenance staff in daily engineering activities.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to the Engineering Manager.
