About this role
The role entails NPO scope in multivendor – Network KPI optimization, DT and trace troubleshooting, cluster optimization, customer complaints handling, parameter and feature trial for user experience/KPI enhancement, proficiency on optimization tools, excel, python and coding added advantage.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE/VoLTE, and 5G networks
- Strong expertise in Huawei and Zte Radio Access technologies
- Ability to conduct in-depth analysis from radio network statistics and Layer 3 traces
- Experience in customer management to maximize customer satisfaction
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with Drive-Test log analysis and proficiency in NPO tools
- Knowledge of multi-layer, multi-technology Radio Network Parameter tuning
- Strong skills in MS Office suite, including PowerPivot, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Exhibits creativity and resourcefulness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
