Compensation

- $25.00-$34.00/hour total starting pay

- Your base pay is paired with a production bonus that is paid out weekly

- Bonus is based on achieving production goals. Our current average is 65% of base pay

- Example: $16.07 base + 65% weekly bonus = $26.51/hour

CHI Overhead Doors, is seeking to assemble a hiring pool of qualified applicants for semi-skilled production and support occupations. These jobs do not require prior manufacturing experience and all necessary training will be provided on the job. Some of these roles will require moderate to heavy lifting and can be physically demanding. We are looking for candidates who are willing to work any shift and are committed to a drug-free environment.
