Pay: $18.00/hour
Overtime Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

We are hiring a Digital Printer Center Associate to support production and warehouse operations at a packaging facility in Indianapolis. This position involves light-duty work, assisting with digital printing operations, handling printed materials, and helping ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily digital printing and production activities.
- Help prepare materials and supplies for printing jobs.
- Load, unload, sort, and organize printed materials as needed.
- Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist team members with general warehouse and light-duty production tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, printing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to perform light-duty tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
