Schedule
Full Time, Day Shift (80 hours biweekly)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm or 6:30am - 2:30pm
Rotation: Rotating weekends and holidays

General Summary

Performs a variety of technical and general duties at a basic skills and knowledge level. Functions in one or more laboratory divisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

- Bachelors Degree Required and

- College Diploma As part of CAP requirements, a college diploma is required provided the field of study is indicated on the diploma within 6 months of hire. Required or

- College Transcript Within 6 months of hire. Required

Work Experience:

- Completion of student clinical rotations. Required and

- Medical technology or a related science. Required

Licenses:

- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Medical Laboratory Technician - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Medical Technologist - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Blood Banking - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Chemistry - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Cytometry - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Hematology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Microbiology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Specialist in Molecular Biology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Blood Banking - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Chemistry - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Cytogenetics - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Hematology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Microbiology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Technologist in Molecular Biology - ASCP within 1 year Required or

- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - AMT within 1 year Required or

- Certified Medical Laboratory Technician - AMT within 1 year Required or

- Certified Molecular Diagnostics Technologist - AMT within 1 year Required or

- Medical Technologist - ABOR within 1 year Required
