The ideal candidate combines deep accounting expertise with strong systems leadership capabilities and a proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives. This individual will build and lead a high-performing finance systems organization while driving continuous improvement, governance, and technology-enabled transformation across the Controllership function.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EPM Implementation & Product Leadership

- Lead the business workstream for the Oracle EPM implementation, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, Technology, Finance Transformation, and external implementation partners.
- Drive key design decisions, requirements prioritization, solution validation, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Establish the long-term Oracle EPM roadmap, governance model, enhancement strategy, and support operating model.
- Ensure EPM capabilities effectively support consolidation, financial close, account reconciliations, master data governance, and external reporting requirements.
- Act as the primary Finance decision-maker for EPM-related process, configuration, and governance decisions.

Controllership Systems Strategy & Governance

- Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Controllership systems portfolio.
- Serve as business owner for key finance technologies, including Oracle EPM, ERP financial processes, lease accounting solutions, reporting and compliance platforms, and finance data environments.
- Establish governance processes for system investments, enhancement prioritization, resource allocation, and technology adoption.
- Drive alignment across ERP, EPM, reporting, analytics, and data architecture to support future-state operating models and scalable growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency, control, and user experience.

Accounting Systems Operations & Support

- Lead the Accounting Systems team responsible for ongoing administration, production support, enhancement delivery, and optimization of finance platforms.
- Oversee issue resolution, service management, root-cause analysis, and business continuity processes.
- Establish testing standards, release management processes, and user acceptance testing governance across finance systems.
- Develop and monitor service levels, system performance metrics, and user adoption measures.
- Lead support for month-end close, financial reporting, consolidation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

Accounting Process & Controls Leadership

- Serve as a key advisor to Accounting leadership on system-enabled financial processes and controls.
- Ensure finance systems support accounting policies, internal control requirements, SEC reporting obligations, and SOX compliance.
- Oversee governance for system security, role design, user access, segregation of duties, and change management.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams to maintain strong control environments and audit readiness.
- Ensure integrity and consistency of financial and master data across systems.

Transformation & Automation

- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline Accounting, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and accelerate financial processes.

- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
